These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, hereinafter referred to as the “TCS”, set out the terms and conditions for registration, payment, postponement, exam sitting and management of the exams offered in the examination centres of the KLF (Keep Learning French) group, hereinafter referred to as the “Centre”, to any individual, hereinafter referred to as the “Candidate”.
Each KLF school invoices in its own name: the “seller” is the school selected at the time of registration. Any registration implies full and complete acceptance of these TCS.

2. Registration, channel and payment
Registration may be completed:
via the registration forms available on the KLF school websites and/or on the KLF exams website;

or on site at the school reception, subject to availability and registration deadlines.
Payment of the exam fees is required at the time of registration. Online payments are made via the forms in our Fidelo ERP system, with secure Stripe payment by bank card.
Registration is considered final only after the file and payment have been validated by the Centre.
The Candidate is responsible for choosing the exam corresponding to their procedure. After validation, no change of exam, level, format or centre may be required.

TCF: minimum waiting period of 20 days between two sittings.
TEF: minimum waiting period of 30 days between two sittings, regardless of the version.

The Candidate must check their emails, including spam folders, and ensure that the email address provided is correct.
6. Cancellation, postponement and absence

More than 30 days before the exam date: the Candidate may request a postponement, subject to acceptance by the certifying body and availability of places. Fees may apply if required by the certifying body.
Less than 30 days before the exam date: no postponement will be accepted.
Absence on exam day, whatever the reason: the exam is forfeited, with no refund and no postponement.
Force majeure, postponement only
In the event of duly justified force majeure (e.g. serious illness, death of a close relative), and upon presentation of official supporting documents translated into French, the Centre may offer a postponement, not a refund, subject to the rules of the certifying body and the availability of places.

8. Fraud and sanctions
Any fraud or attempted fraud (identity fraud, use of unauthorised material, communication between candidates, disruptive behaviour, etc.) will result in immediate exclusion. Sanctions may be applied by the certifying body, including a ban from taking exams for a period of up to 5 years.
9. Results, certificates and official documents
Result publication times vary depending on the certifying body and the exam format. The Centre cannot guarantee an exact publication date.
